HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT
We currently don't have online booking available but you can book an appointment by calling us on 01475 531400. Reception staff will ask you for the reason for your request. They have been asked to do this so they can signpost you to the correct person for your needs. You may not always have to see a GP or Nurse, it may be more appropriate to see a Physiotherapy Practitioner, Mental Health Practitioner, Pharmacist or Community Link Worker or our Financial advisors, as these services are now all available within our practice. It also may be more appropriate to go to your local pharmacy.

Phone 999 if it's a medical emergency.
Out of hours
If you need help when our practice isn't open:

- Phone NHS 24's 111 service if you need non-urgent help but can't wait until we reopen
Keeping appointments
